Fig. 1. Heterogenously enhancing mass in right nasal cavity with extension in right maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinus. There was bony destruction of nasal septum, lateral nasal wall, nasal turbinates and medial wall of right orbit. Lesion extended intracranially in anterior cranial fossa. There was mass effect on underlying medial rectus muscle which was displaced towards optic nerve.
